business with a five year old

Jackson starts new businesses almost daily. He has new ideas to make money all the time. From construction, to tractor work, to spreading with dad - he's a busy man.
Over dinner one night we started talking about his construction business and I wrote down his Company Profile.

Lion Construction
Jackson Kohrs - Owner Operator
Goal: Digging the biggest hole ever.
Employees:
Diggers - get shovels, full insurance, $60.00 / hr., prevailing wage, overtime and doubletime. No company vehicle and no housing.
Dump Truck Operator- $100.00 / hr., full insurance, and they drive a Peterbilt.
Quad Operator - for pulling the shovel out when it gets stuck. $60.00 / hr.

Brian: "Do you need permits?"
Jackson: "No"
Brian: "You'll get shut down"
Jackson: "Yeah, probabaly"
Brian: "You get a good profit?"
Jackson: "Oh Yeah"
Brian: "What's your profit margin?"
Jackson:"29"
Brian: "Do you have investors?"
Jackson: "Oh Yeah, I have about 60 of them all from San Diego."

So if you are looking for a job in this down economy give Lion Construction a call, they're always hiring, I don't even think it would really matter how old you are. We'll have to have another interview!
